1. Using the store

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or catalog errors, payment review, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or other reasonable business concerns.

Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected amount. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout.

3. Product descriptions and compatibility

We work to present accurate product descriptions, images and compatibility information, but minor packaging, color or specification differences may occur. Verify the printer manufacturer and full model number before ordering.

References to printer manufacturers, model names and trademarks identify compatibility and remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, compatible or remanufactured products are not manufactured or endorsed by the original equipment manufacturer.

4. Shipping, delivery and returns

Return eligibility and instructions depend on the product and circumstances. Contact customer care before sending an item back so we can provide the applicable instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

5. Website content and acceptable use

The site design, text, graphics, logos and other content are owned by Save On Toners or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the site for personal or legitimate business purchasing, but may not disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, or misuse its content.
